Family & Civil Mediation
Successful mediations in difficult cases do not just happen. They are, in large part, the direct result of the skill, credibility, and creativity of the mediator. While seemingly easy, the job of an effective mediator requires a rare combination of legal experience, credibility, and personality along with a trial lawyer’s work ethic and commitment to the process. Robert Singer brings his 38 years as a Civil and Family trial lawyer and 12 years as a General Magistrate in the Family Division of the 11th Judicial Circuit to assist parties in reaching a mutually acceptable resolution in often emotionally charged matters.

50 Years of Legal Experience
I have been a trial lawyer for over 50 years and have tried hundreds in cases to verdict. The cases encompass a wide spectrum of both Civil and Family Litigation. I represented Plaintiffs as well as Defendants, in both State and Federal Court. Those matters include Personal Injury and Wrongful death, Medical and Professional Malpractice, Negligent Security, Complex Business Litigation including Real Estate and Property Disputes, First Party Claims and Insurance Disputes. As well, I spent the last 12 years presiding over Family matters as a General Magistrate in the 11th Judicial Circuit in Miami.
